After registering in the quick registration form, you receive an e-mail of confirmation which invites you to go to the second step of full membership. If you do not receive this first mail, check your anti virus software and your spam filter ; after doing so, please contact us by e-mail at info@juriforum.com to help you.

2. YOU CANNOT CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOUR NAME ALREADY EXISTS IN THE NETWORK
You can register only once ; if you have registered personnaly already, you need to delete your existing profile and create a new one, or modify the existing one by using EDIT MY PROFILE

3. LOST USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
If you do not remember your username and password, send a message to Juriforum and we will send them back to you by e-mail ; for security and privacy reasons, please keep your username and password secret ; at any time you can change them in the Change Account section of Change Settings

4. HOW TO GET THE BEST PRESENCE ON THE WEB AND PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY?
You will decide what and how you want your profile details visible, searchable. If you want to be 100% visible, choose the extensive open options and choose (Everybody)

If, on the contrary you want to limit your visibility to your trusted contacts, choose the most closed options (My contacts)

You also decide how you want to be alerted on all changes, updates, news about your contacts: give an e-mail address when we can send you the relevant messages.

At any time you can access the settings and change the options

5. WHO CAN VIEW MY DETAILS?
In MY PROFILE, CHANGE SETTINGS, you can check who can see your profile details, the degree of privacy of your listing.

6. INVITE NEW MEMBERS
Your network will be efficient if you can communicate with your professional contact list on a permanent basis and easily; if you invite all the professional contacts you have to join you on Juriforum.com, you will ensure that all your contacts will have the same level of information as you on what is going on in the legal area, and be able to find new correspondents, referrals, tips and also new business at the same pace;

7. HOW TO DEAL WITH INVITATIONS?
Deal with invitations the way you do in real professional life: would you accept an invitation to a meeting organized by some one you do not know personally or that would not have been recommended beforehand? Juriforum is a professional network and the members auto regulate the relationships among members ; It is your choice to be connected to professionals in the law business, as far as you see a professional benefit in doing so ; if not, just do not accept these invitations ; it depends on how you want to create your professional presence on the web. Prefer quality to quantity;
Use the introduction feature to be connected with someone you do not personally know and would like to contact.
If you change your mind and want to disconnect, just click on DISCONNECT in PERSONAL DASHBOARD, MY CONTACTS. After confirming the disconnection, the member will not appear anymore as part of your network.
If you witness any abuse on the web site, either from someone who is not entitled to be a member, or whose behavior is not in line with ethics in law practice, or more generally if you notice fraud or misconduct, please inform Juriforum team by just clicking on REPORT ABUSE

8. OTHER ISSUES?
Juriforum is a social engine and has the same features and functionalities that social engine usually provide ; each feature is guided by instructions and confirmation texts, sometimes with e-mail notifications ; it is all very intuitive and you need to use it to get the best of it ; nevertheless, if you have questions or difficulties, please report them at info@juriforum.com and we'll do our best to solve them, also we will develop in this HELP section the appropriate explanations you might need.
